Distribution & Revenue

ÆTHERFLUX offers two distribution paths. You may choose per release:

• Label Distribution (20% revenue share): We deliver to DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), handle mastering, metadata, rights management, provenance watermarking, and reporting. We retain 20% of net.
• Self-Distribution (0% label share): You export masters/stems and distribute independently. Watermarking and provenance remain intact; we do not participate in revenue.

Consent & Rights

• Opt-in only: Voice cloning, artist training, and lyric generation require explicit, documented consent from the rights holder.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of your likeness, voice rights, and creative intent. ÆTHERFLUX owns only its in-house production, watermarking, and label service layers; we license those back to the release as needed.
• Approvals: No public release without your written approval of the final masters (or your authorized representative’s).
• Usage scope: Your artist permitted uses (commercial, non-commercial, demos, sync, etc.) are specified in each engagement or release addendum.

Watermarking & Provenance

Every render we deliver includes invisible steganographic watermarkingand embedded provenance (CMI/metadata). This supports authenticity, auditability, and takedowns of unauthorized clones.

• Watermarks persist across common transforms (re-encoding, trims, light FX).
• Provenance includes pipeline, model version, and consent references.
• Self-distributed exports keep the watermark; you may verify via our Provenance Checker (coming soon).

Data & Model Handling

• Source data: You provide clean vocal takes and approvals. We do not use your data to train third-party public models.
• Model scope: Your artist is trained in-house and scoped for your authorized uses. Shared or cross-artist training requires explicit multi-party consent.
• Retention: We keep training assets and model checkpoints for the life of the engagement and archival safety unless you request deletion where legally permissible.
• Deletion: Upon a verified deletion request, we deprecate model versions, remove active endpoints, and purge non-required assets from active storage.

Acceptable Use

You may not use ÆTHERFLUX services to violate laws, infringe rights, or impersonate individuals without consent. Prohibited content includes non-consensual deepfakes, hate/abuse, and illegal materials.

• No use of third-party voices/likeness without documented consent.
• No deceptive endorsements or attribution.
• Comply with age restrictions and applicable jurisdictional rules.

Takedowns, Appeals & Disputes

We follow applicable IP and right-of-publicity laws, and cooperate with DSP policies.
